WHERE DOES LOVE TILLY DELIVER?

Love Tilly delivers around Australia and worldwide to both residential and business addresses. If delivering to a business address please ensure you include the business name, this makes finding you easier if you are located in a multi business complex or building.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

 Love Tilly provides industry leading customer service and postage times. As we are not a drop shipping company we are able to provide same day dispatch on all stock. Love Tilly proudly has everything listed for sale on our website in stock and ready to ship.
Cut Off Times – Orders received before 2pm are dispatched on the day of ordering. 
                       – Orders placed after 2pm may not make the courier cut off so will dispatch on the following business day.  

Express delivery is available to most areas Australia wide, orders sent using express post are dispatched as a priority.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

 Delivery time is influenced greatly by your location and the shipping method selected. For the fastest possible delivery Love Tilly offers you Express post with priority dispatch. This means your item will not only be posted as express but your order will also be packages and sent out ahead of our regular freight.
As a guide for Express post please allow 1-3 days for your order to arrive, and for regular post please allow 2-7 business days

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDERS PROGRESS?

 We endeavour to keep our customers 100% up to date with their order progress. 
When your order is placed you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
Once your order is carefully wrapped and dispatched we will email you letting you know that your order is on its way and provide you with relevant tracking information. If at any time your delivery requirements change or should you need more information regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to call or email our friendly staff.

Free regular shipping is available for all orders over $50.00 All orders under $50.00 are charged a flat rate of $7.95

To ensure you the highest level of customer service Love Tilly only use a small selection of courier companies.  Many of our products are shipped using a combination of air and road services. Express posted items are sent using either a premium carrier or Australian Post Express.
