Warranty & Returns

At Love Tilly we understand that having a well sorted returns policy is important to all people shopping online. We appreciate the limitations that are placed on consumers when they decide to shop online as you forfeit the ability to touch and feel the products before purchasing

With this in mind we have developed a returns policy which we feel will satisfy even the fussiest of shopper.

SECTION 1 – CHANGE OF MIND

Love Tilly offer a genuine 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for whatever reason, simply contact us within 5 days of receiving your items to arrange a return. Returns need to be accompanied with an original receipt and it is essential that as the items are not faulty, they MUST be returned in original packaging complete and in unused condition including any labels or tags supplied with your purchase. Dirty or damaged products will not be accepted for return

SECTION 2 – WARRANTY

All Love Tilly products come with a minimum 1-month warranty unless otherwise stated subject to normal wear and tear. In the event of a warranty claim, should the fault be deemed a major one, you will have the choice of your product being either replaced, given a refund or given a store credit. For minor faults Love Tilly may offer you a repair or replacement.

SECTION 3 – RETURNS PROCEDURE

Please contact us by email at sales@lovetilly.com.au to get your return underway. Please do not return goods without first contacting us.
In your email please provide us with an explanation of your issues and what would be the best outcome to suit you. Once we have received your email, we will email you an authority to return slip along with postage instructions for returning your item to us.

NOTE: All returns require an authority to return slip generated by us, this ensures your item is logged in our system and looked after APSP without being misplaced.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 1 working day of arriving) we will email or phone you to let you know your options. 
Should issues be obvious and clearly warrant a replacement or refund, we will initiate the process immediately. Often returned items are inspected and replacements dispatched within 24 hours.  When a warranty claim is approved Love Tilly will happily reimburse all freight charges providing all our instructions are followed correctly.

Should a refund be warranted, this shall be done by either a credit applied to your original method of payment or a credit registered on our system whichever you choose. We will also email you a returns receipt with all the details of the refunded transaction.

NOTE: From the time of manufacture until your items are posted, the Staff at Love Tilly wear gloves to avoid soiling products with dirt or oils from our hands. We ask that you take appropriate measures to ensure products don’t get dirty as soiled products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

SECTION 5 – SAFETY

It is important to note that almost any product given or accessible to babies and young children can potentially become a safety hazard. All  incidents involving young children chocking or being strangled, are very dangerous and can lead to significant injury or death.
All products supplied by Love Tilly must only be used whilst children are under strict supervision buy suitably competent individuals and when not in use items must always be stored in a location that is inaccessible to children.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description and packaging, no product supplied by Love Tilly should be worn or used whilst sleeping, whilst in the car, or without constant direct supervision.
